The Chanson Grand Westend offers 3 party areas of varying capacities -
~ First-floor hall- it has 50 seating capacity and 70 floating capacity
~ Second-floor hall- it has a seating capacity of 150 and a maximum capacity of 250 guests.
~ Third-floor hall- It can accommodate a minimum of 100 guests and a maximum of 150 guests

Decor:
Tasteful decoration in accordance with your wishes will be provided by the hotel, and the cost starts from Rs. 8000 only. Outside decorators are also allowed.

Food & alcohol:
The hotel provides a huge array of food options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus. The in-house chefs create mouth-watering dishes that will leave every wedding guest satiated. Alcohol can be obtained from the hotel or even sourced from outside.
This premier hotel in Vikaspuri is perfect for a medium budget wedding. The menu cost starts from Rs 1000 and Rs 1200 for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options respectively.

Music:
DJ and live music are also allowed, though it cannot be played till late.

The hotel policies also allow overnight wedding ceremonies, Baarat and Hawan. Complimentary AC changing room for the couple is available. You can also host your guest in the hotel as there are 18 comfortable rooms available with tariffs starting at Rs. 2000. Banquet rent starts from Rs. 35000.

Ample parking space of nearly 100 cars is available, though the valet facility isn’t available.

This affordable venue is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible by your guests, as it is near the PVR Vikaspuri Police Station and the Pusa Public School. It is conveniently connected by the metro service- Janakpuri East and Janakpuri West metro station. It is a mere 16 km away from Safdarjung railway station and 19 km from Indira Gandhi International airport.

25% of the estimated billing amount has to be paid at the time of booking and no refunds would be provided by the hotel. You can make the payment via cash, credit or debit cards, and cheques drawn in favour of the hotel.

Chanson Banquets is best suited for a variety of occasions – bachelor parties, cocktails, reunion, birthday parties, weddings, receptions and other social occasions like Diwali party, Christmas and New Year’s party. Corporate events can also be hosted here.

Chanson Banquets offer an in-house catering service that provides you menu options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare. Alcohol is served at the premises and can be obtained from the hotel bar. Outside alcohol is also allowed.

Free parking for about 100 cars is available at the banquet premises. Although the option valet of parking isn’t available.

Two slots are available for hosting ceremonies at the Chanson Banquets.
